To celebrate the warm days and long evenings, Taiko would like to welcome you to its Summer Edition on the terrace of the Brasserie this summer!
Chef Schilo van Coevorden and his culinary team created an explosive yet delicate summer menu combing the best of both worlds. Enjoy delicious signature dishes from Taiko Cuisine and the Conservatorium Brasserie like the old time favourite miso black cod, a delicious wagyu hamburger or a whole butterflied sea bass BBQ grilled on the Josper. Furthermore, we have Taiko’s sushi-counter set-up for you where our sushi-chef is preparing Hiramasa kingfish nigiri, soft shell crab roll or Nam Jim Oysters on the spot. All dishes can be paired with matching wines, sake or summer cocktails from Taiko Bar.
