KinetiCode® integrates the Pilates knowledge of postural alignment with up to date science of movement and functional training research. KinetiCode® teaches specific training programs, re-educates movement patterns with low to moderate impacts to monitor progress; building a better physical confidence and a correct flexibility- strength relationship. Akasha Holistic Wellbeing Centre offers KinetiCode® through group classes and personal training sessions.

- Private/duo personal training sessions from Monday to Sunday from 07.30 to 21.00 hours which can be purchased on its own or in packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
- Comprehensive training program tailor-made to meet personal physical needs and goals.
