Bastiaan Woudt Suite
The Conservatorium hotel invites world renowned art photographer Bastiaan Woudt as its ‘artist in residence’ to capture the hearts and minds of the hotel guests with his unmistakable black and white photography. Each piece, in which light and shadow dance elegantly together, is completely at home in the beautifully composed environment of the Conservatorium hotel and will be on display for a year in the exclusive Bastiaan Woudt Suite.
A Royal Duplex Suite of 71 m2 turned into a real photo gallery for the occasion. The suite with an elegant, contemporary design with natural colours and dark wooden floors, presents itself as the ideal basis for showing the photography of Bastiaan Woudt. Spread over two floors, guests can observe the works of art and at the same time enjoy beautiful views over the streets of Amsterdam. The main bathroom on the lower level has a deep soak bathtub and toilet as well as luxurious amenities, micro cotton towels and LCD mirror TV. The second bathroom on the mezzanine level has a large rainfall shower and toilet. The Bastiaan Woudt Suite sleeps up to three adults and one child up to twelve years.
