Tailored fitness programmes combine a variety of disciplines with each overseen by experienced instructors. Fitness classes at Akasha include BBB, Boxing and TRX, alongside our wider offering of holistic courses such as Yoga and Pilates.

Within Akasha Holistic Wellbeing, our large and spacious gym spans over 150sqm/1,615sqft. Our cutting edge technology includes LifeFitness equipment, personal entertainment centres with 19” touch screens and iPad docks, complemented by a LED ceiling of changing lights to enhance and motivate.
Private studios are calming and relaxing spaces, dedicated to one on one sessions or personalised classes in disciplines ranging from Yoga, Pilates and Meditation to TRX, Boxing and Cardio classes. These facilities are combined with the knowledge of industry professionals and fully dedicated personal trainers. Tailored fitness programmes combine a variety of disciplines with each overseen by experienced instructors.
Access & Opening Times
All hotel guests and Akasha members have complimentary access to Akasha Holistic Wellbeing but a reservation, to make use of the spa and gym, should be made upfront. Hotel guests and members are welcome every day of the week from 06.30 to 22.00 hours.
Please note that access to Akasha Spa & Gym facilities is not possible for day guests at the moment. This due to the maximum capacity in our areas, following the government instructions. Booking treatments is still possible for non-hotel guests.
