Akasha Wellbeing Center welcomes also all day visitors for spa treatments. The access to Akasha facilities is only available as a supplement to the treatment for an additional fee of 75 EUR. With the day pass to facilities, you get access to state-of-art gym equipped with Life Fitness cardio and strength machines as well as virtual spinning bikes or can take part in any daily fitness classes, yoga/Pilates/meditation classes. You can also enjoy our swimming pool, whirlpool, hammam, sauna as well as luxurious changing rooms equipped with bathrobes, slippers and guest amenities. In addition, healthy snacks, fruits and herbal tea is served throughout the facilities.
Watsu therapy is the combination of water and shiatsu. It consists of moves and gentle stretches while being floated by the Watsu therapist. The water enables the body to enjoy enhanced reflexes that evoke serenity, tranquillity and an aura of calm.
A Hammam treatment is an experience that cleanses and purifies the body, improves blood circulation and softens the skin. Akasha's private Hammam is surrounded by heated marble and offers specialised treatments including body scrubs, peelings and aromatic soap massages. Hammam treatments not only release tension but also renew and revive the body.
Hot Seashell Massage, in which seashells gathered from the ocean floor are filled with a special lava gel containing natural minerals, seaweed and aromatic oils and used with hot almond oil to massage and exfoliate the body.
Manicures and pedicures are also available in a dedicated area of the spa.
Special organic aromatic oils and organic Shea butter are used in all treatments.
Vital Feng Shui principles as well as the emotive use of colour are incorporated into the design of the Spa at Akasha, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. A sensuous dark palette of indigo and marine blue are used in the spa areas, which are accessed by a floating pathway over the swimming pool.
Natural materials, such as oak wood have been used within each of the treatment rooms, helping to create a relaxed cocooned environment. All treatment rooms, including a relaxing couples-room, are completed with either private showers or whirlpool as well as personalised music systems that provide guests with a choice of channels.
